Farmer Day

Olivia and Ethan had Farmer Day at school last week. They were both able to dress up like farmers. The PTSO had roasted corn for them to eat.

Lost Tooth

After many months of anticipation, Olivia has lost her first tooth! She has wiggled that tooth every day forever. She was so excited to finally lose it!

Olivia had her 6th birthday party here at the house. I planned her party for months and put HOURS of work into making tutus. It turned out great except no one took pictures with my camera!! UGH!!! i am having to rely on friends to send me their pictures. The pictures are great but there are only a few of Olivia. Learned a lesson. ALWAYS assigned someone to take pictures for me!

Anyway, it was a fairy themed party. I had a "Fairy Boutique" set up where each girl went in and picked out her wings, put on her tutu, and had their hair fixed. We also had glitter makeup and hairspray. I made the tutus out of each girl's favorite two colors. I also dressed up as Queen Gala with a tutu and everything. Each girl drew their fairy name and talent from a magic box. We then went on a quest to find my stolen crown.

My friend Lisa took over 100 pictures and they turned out great! She tried to get each "fairy" with her mother. Thanks Lisa!!

First Day of School

My three kiddos started school today. I can't believe that I have 3 of my babies in school. I am very excited about their teachers. Ethan has the sweetest teacher for kindergarten. I was very worried about him starting "big" school but I know he is going to love it. Peyton started 5th grade. This will be his last year of elementary school. Olivia started 1st grade and is so nervous. We keep telling her that she will love it. I hope they all had a great day today.

Gulf Shores 2009

We took our first vacation to the beach! We went with some really great friends of ours, the Blackwells. Davis & I haven't been to a beach since our honeymoon to Jamaica 13 years ago. We've never taken the kids to the beach. We rented a condo that was directly on the beach. We all LOVED it! We want to stay longer next time. Peyton stayed in the water body boarding. The little kids liked playing in the sand but they preferred the pool.
